With a strong foundation in both design and development, I am a passionate web professional dedicated to crafting exceptional online experiences. My journey began at Eastern Idaho Technical College, where I earned a degree in Web Development and honed my skills in web design and graphic design, earning multiple statewide awards for my creative and innovative work.

Seeking to expand my technical expertise, I pursued a Computer Science degree at Boise State University. During my time at BSU, I gained valuable real-world experience through a part-time role at a software and website development company specializing in credit unions. This experience proved instrumental in shaping my problem-solving abilities and understanding of user needs.

I quickly established myself as a valuable asset by efficiently resolving over a hundred ADA compliance issues for clients during a period of heightened accessibility lawsuits in the financial industry. My ability to deliver high-quality work rapidly and cost-effectively earned me recognition from both clients and my employer.

As a web designer, I excelled in creating visually appealing and user-friendly templates that resonated with credit unions and simplified the sales process. Recognizing the potential for automation and efficiency, I developed a custom CMS solution to streamline the web design process for the company. Additionally, I implemented automated solutions for Google Store app deployments and monthly website updates, significantly improving productivity and reducing manual effort.

As a technical lead, I mentored and collaborated with a team of web designers, driving project success and fostering a collaborative work environment. However, unforeseen circumstances led to the company's acquisition and subsequent layoffs.

Leveraging my extensive experience and passion for web development, I founded Arcane Web Design. My goal is to provide clients with tailored, high-performance websites that not only look stunning but also deliver exceptional user experiences.
